Three Sisters Sanctuary in Goshen. If you are interested in art, you will definitely like it. It’s a medium size garden and you will find sculptures, mini garden motives, and there is a round stone walk which sort of remind me a “Stonehenge motive.” In a way, it’s like a Fairy Tale Garden. Some sculptures were a little bit creepy, at some point I felt like they were staring at me….
Right at the entrance, you will find the Goshman Tin Man, a character from the Wizard of Oz. It is a nice place to explore and I did enjoy my time over there looking at different pieces of art, peace is in the air…
Some important information:
-The entrance is $10. However, you can pay less if you think that’s too much (there is an add at the entrance that states this offer)
-Average time people spend there is about 30-45 minutes. I spent around 30 minutes
-You will need to schedule other activities around Goshen since basically you only need one hour approx.
-There is a lodge facility and you have the sanctuary as the main garden! The facility can be used as a gateway weekend, for weddings and other events.
-Other activities of interest might be a visit to Goshen Historical Museum, Dar State Forest (for camping or hiking), New England Craft Farm and Chesterfield Gore (Nature observation)
